Job Responsibilities:

✦   Managing and implementing the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions in alignment with business strategies.

✦   Ensuring the Salesforce Services Solutions’ Technical Core Model is well-documented and consistent.

✦   Presenting analysis and detailed solution documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.

✦   Leading development, packaging, and release management activities.

✦   Supporting the rollout of Salesforce applications and ensuring adherence to the Core Model.

✦   Collaborating with internal and external IS&T partners to deliver high-quality projects on time.

✦   Supporting the delivery of Salesforce Services Core Model evolutions.

✦   Providing technical expertise to operations teams when needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology.

✦   4+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   2+ years of experience with Salesforce developer tools such as Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool.

✦   1+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies (e.g., Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, and SOA design principles).

✦   Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

✦   Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.

✦   Knowledge of data management, ETL concepts, enterprise software development, and relational database technologies is an added advantage.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to work autonomously in a global and multicultural environment.
