Job Responsibilities:
✦ Managing and implementing technical designs aligned with business strategy.
✦ Ensuring the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model.
✦ Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences.
✦ Leading development activities and supporting the development team.
✦ Contributing to the delivery of core model evolution in line with business objectives.
✦ Supporting application rollouts and ensuring adherence to the core model.
✦ Contributing to the design and technical architecture of Salesforce applications.
✦ Working closely with teams across ERP, Engineering, and Digital.
✦ Managing technical design of Salesforce Service solutions.
✦ Interacting with operations teams to provide technical expertise.
Job Requirements:
✦ Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology.
✦ 7+ years of experience understanding Salesforce ecosystems.
✦ Knowledge of IT solutions for Customer Services.
✦ Familiarity with data management and ETL concepts.
✦ Mandatory Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Builder I, Service Cloud Consultant).
✦ Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA.
✦ Experience with Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool.
✦ Experience with Git and Jira.
✦ Experience in Community Cloud and Platform Builder II is an added advantage.
✦ Proficiency in English.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
