Job Requirements:

✦   7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi-object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization.

✦   Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists, and optimized SOQL queries.

✦   Hands-on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) user stories.

✦   Experience implementing complex Apex integrations and applying multiple integration design patterns.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi-object security architecture.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above.

✦   Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management domains.

✦   Exposure to AI and AI integrations.
