Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead technical design sessions and architect scalable solutions aligned with client objectives.

✦   Identify gaps between current and desired end states.

✦   Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.

✦   Define coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality and design patterns.

✦   Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.

✦   Debug complex technical issues and support solution stability.

✦   Participate in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions and POCs.

✦   Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support implementations.

✦   Travel to client sites for projects (50–75%).

Job Requirements:

✦   9–14 years CRM experience with at least 6 years on Salesforce platform.

✦   Expert-level experience in end-to-end Field Service implementation.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.

✦   Strong system architecture design skills for scalable and high-performance solutions.

✦   Knowledge of large data volume limitations and best practices.

✦   Understanding of data sharing, visibility, and security models.

✦   Familiarity with authentication patterns such as SAML, SSO, OAuth.

✦   Experience with integration tools and APIs including ETL and third-party systems.

✦   Strong knowledge of release management, version control, and deployment practices.

✦   Experience in platform security including TLS and SSL.

✦   Ability to define system architecture landscape and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

✦   Strong software development lifecycle exposure for large web-based systems.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred or ability to obtain after joining.
