Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce features and integrations.

✦   Develop secure and scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software in compliance with DoD standards and security protocols.

✦   Collaborate with analysts, architects, and security personnel to ensure alignment with system requirements and compliance standards.

✦   Participate in unit testing, code coverage, and deployment processes.

✦   Maintain code quality, documentation, and system performance in secure environments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and CI/CD deployment strategies.

✦   Strong understanding of secure software development practices and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

✦   Experience with SDLC and source control systems (e.g., Atlassian Suite).

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and source-driven development workflows.

✦   Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to translate technical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

✦   Preferred: experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or ETL tools.

✦   Preferred: experience with Salesforce security models and integrations.
