Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and improve software using engineering methodologies.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

✦   Design and implement third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Enforce and monitor Salesforce security controls including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Resolve incidents, defects, and problem records.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Review and guide technical implementation strategies.

✦   Lead and mentor Salesforce developers.

✦   Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance policies.

✦   Drive continuous improvement in development and release processes.

✦   Manage version control using GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and automation.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce release cycles.

✦   Participate in code reviews and promote code quality.

✦   Stay updated with technology trends and contribute to technical communities.

✦   Follow secure coding practices and implement unit testing.

Job Requirements:

✦   2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security controls.

✦   Experience with version control tools such as GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

✦   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.

✦   Understanding of secure coding and unit testing practices.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Analytics and business analysis is a plus.
