Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define, document, and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural governance.

✦   Mentor junior engineers, developers, and admins.

✦   Evaluate and implement new Salesforce technologies including Data Cloud, AI features, and Agentforce.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams.

✦   Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce initiatives and production support.

✦   Establish and enforce documentation practices and reusable components.

✦   Oversee execution of technical specifications ensuring high-quality delivery.

✦   Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years development experience or equivalent.

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with leadership roles such as Lead Developer or Architect.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, and Data Cloud.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST API integrations.

✦   Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and Mobile Studio is a plus.

✦   Experience with AWS integrations is a plus.

✦   Strong architectural and integration expertise in complex Salesforce environments.

✦   Multiple advanced Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.

✦   Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

✦   Strong communication skills.
