Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop and improve software using engineering methodologies.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

✦   Design and implement third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Enforce and monitor Salesforce security controls including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Resolve incidents, defects, and problem records raised by business and security teams.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Review and guide technical implementation strategies.

✦   Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and ensure coding standards and best practices.

✦   Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance policies.

✦   Drive continuous improvement in development and release processes.

✦   Work with GitLab for version control, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

✦   Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline automation and release cycles.

✦   Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.

✦   Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to technical communities.

✦   Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing.

✦   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements.

✦   Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security controls.

✦   Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✦   Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.

✦   Understanding of secure coding practices and unit testing.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Analytics and business analysis is a plus.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
