Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components.
✦ Analyze defects and identify patterns to uncover underlying system issues.
✦ Develop test strategies and test cases for complex business logic and workflows.
✦ Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align on testing approaches and quality standards.
✦ Lead testing efforts for integration and end-to-end validation across systems.
✦ Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and clear communication of issues.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, including 2+ years working with Salesforce applications.
✦ Strong understanding of test design techniques and risk-based testing approaches.
✦ Experience creating and maintaining test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and reports.
✦ Solid experience with defect management, including severity and priority assessment.
✦ Hands-on experience with API testing and web services (REST).
✦ Strong analytical and communication skills.
✦ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
✦ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process.
