Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assist the leadership team in scoping, planning, and onboarding activities associated with project resourcing and client projects, including involvement in pre-sales activities.

✦   Ensure client solution requirements are understood and met by applying industry best practices and detailed Salesforce platform knowledge.

✦   Create and deliver innovative, client-focused Salesforce solutions through team leadership, collaboration, and initiative.

✦   Lead the delivery of assigned client projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and contribute at all stages of project delivery.

✦   Provide clear visibility on the status of all ongoing and planned projects.

✦   Provide functional expert advice, guidance, and training, and lead continuous improvement of delivery practices.

✦   Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

✦   Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to align technical and functional specifications with business objectives.

✦   Lead quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.

✦   Maintain oversight across all client projects and guide delivery resources to ensure successful outcomes.

✦   Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap for complex engagements.

✦   Assist in pre-sales activities including solution planning, proposal creation, and cost estimation.

✦   Define standards for estimations and validate them during pre-sales and execution.

✦   Design standards for solutions to maximize business benefits and leverage Salesforce ecosystem investments.

✦   Review current processes and suggest areas of improvement.

✦   Contribute to internal knowledge base, thought leadership, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Engineering.

✦   Minimum 8 years of Salesforce hands-on experience with development and solutioning.

✦   2-3 years of Architect experience.

✦   Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud).

✦   Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies.

✦   Data migration experience.

✦   Strong analysis and solution design skills.

✦   Effective presentation and communication skills.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce.com consultancy.

✦   Knowledge of design thinking and Agile methodology.

✦   Salesforce Application Architect Certification and other Salesforce certifications.

✦   Familiarity with Public Sector experience is a plus.
