Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and configuration of core Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features, including relationship groups, lead and referral management, financial accounts and holdings, opportunity qualification, life events, interaction summaries, onboarding, and KYC workflows.

✦   Align platform capabilities to the full lifecycle of capital raising onboarding, deal servicing, and distribution management.

✦   Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds and business units, ensuring scalability, compliance, and extensibility.

✦   Collaborate with technical architects and global development teams to define data models, integration touchpoints, and component design strategies.

✦   Ensure alignment with Salesforce platform limits, enterprise standards, and future expansion plans.

✦   Translate private equity business processes into CRM workflows.

✦   Enable compliance tracking using FSC capabilities and external tools.

✦   Design role-based access for various teams including Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, and Client Services.

✦   Operate in a global delivery model, engaging with distributed stakeholders and teams.

✦   Drive architectural governance, solution consistency, and cross-team collaboration.

✦   Support onboarding of additional regions, funds, or legal entities.

✦   Guide capabilities using Tableau CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.

✦   Support integration strategies with third-party tools such as fund administration systems, document generation, and identity verification platforms.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (mandatory).

✦   Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant (preferred).

✦   15+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years in an FSC solution architect role.

✦   Demonstrated success in private equity or asset management environments.

✦   Strong command of Salesforce sharing models, data security, multi-currency configuration, and compliance frameworks.

✦   Experience with tools such as DocuSign, Conga, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Tableau CRM.

✦   Exposure to third-party investor portals and AppExchange products.

✦   Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
