Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end architecture for a Salesforce-based Bed Board Management solution using Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

✦   Define scalable and canonical data models for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges (ADT), bed inventory, room attributes, and capacity status.

✦   Design real-time visibility frameworks for hospital operations teams.

✦   Translate clinical and operational workflows into Salesforce-driven solutions including admission and transfer processes, intelligent bed assignment, EVS cleaning lifecycle tracking, and patient transport coordination.

✦   Architect and oversee integrations with EHR and hospital systems using HL7 v2 ADT messaging and FHIR APIs.

✦   Leverage middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services for event-driven architecture and real-time data synchronization.

✦   Drive configuration and customization of Salesforce platform including custom objects, Lightning components, and OmniStudio.

✦   Design operational dashboards and enable predictive analytics for capacity forecasting and surge planning.

✦   Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH and implement role-based access control.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical leadership, operations, and IT teams.

✦   Lead architecture governance forums, design reviews, and executive presentations.

✦   Support Agile delivery teams by defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria and ensuring delivery quality through governance and testing strategies.

✦   Identify and mitigate risks related to patient safety, system latency, and downtime.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–12+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Proven experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity.

✦   Proven experience with Experience Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of healthcare operations including ADT workflows and patient flow/bed management.

✦   Experience integrating with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athena.

✦   Deep understanding of HL7 and FHIR standards.

✦   Deep understanding of real-time event-driven architectures.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect/System Architect, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred).

✦   Experience with AI/automation use cases such as predictive bed assignment and throughput optimization.

✦   Familiarity with ServiceNow Healthcare workflows (nice-to-have).

✦   Strong communication and leadership skills with experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
