Job Responsibilities:

✦   Solution Design & Architecture:

✦   Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.

✦   Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

✦   Implementation & Delivery:

✦   Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications.

✦   Guide development teams in implementing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

✦   Manage end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.

✦   Stakeholder Collaboration:

✦   Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements.

✦   Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

✦   Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.

✦   Governance & Best Practices:

✦   Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.

✦   Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

✦   Mentorship & Leadership:

✦   Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects.

✦   Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Salesforce team.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).

✦   8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

✦   Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms).

✦   Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

✦   Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
