Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for Salesforce + Certinia PSA solutions.

✦   Develop advanced custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.

✦   Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and automations across PSA, CPQ, ERP, Billing, and Data Warehouse.

✦   Act as technical lead for PS Cloud initiatives; define standards and guide solution direction.

✦   Collaborate with Business Operations and Professional Services to translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Maintain expert understanding of Salesforce and Certinia data models, security, and performance considerations.

✦   Prepare and maintain architecture and technical documentation.

✦   Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree.

✦   5+ years Salesforce experience; strong admin and development background.

✦   4+ years hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA experience.

✦   Certinia PSA Implementation Consultant or System Admin certification.

✦   Expert in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and declarative tools.

✦   Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce/Certinia implementations.

✦   Strong understanding of PSA processes: project financials, utilization, revenue, time & expense.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required); System/Application Architect preferred.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on scale and performance.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
