Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as a subject matter expert in the OneSFA Salesforce team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies.

✦   Work with Salesforce System Integrators and third parties on development and documentation of OneSFA Salesforce design.

✦   Analyze and recommend Salesforce services required to support OneSFA applications.

✦   Understand SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities and system implications.

✦   Collaborate to streamline OneSFA solutions across the Americas zone.

✦   Ensure governance and architectural guidelines are followed.

✦   Monitor test phases of developments.

✦   Investigate system failures and identify solutions.

✦   Coordinate external development teams and vendors.

✦   Ensure maintenance of OneSFA applications.

✦   Provide technical guidance and L3 support when needed.

✦   Perform system administration duties such as access, permissions, and settings.

✦   Ensure the team remains up to date on best practices.

✦   Build relationships with business stakeholders and engage in cross-functional projects.

✦   Support testing and implementation of configuration changes.

✦   Follow DevOps best practices for CI/CD.

✦   Manage change management for code migrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s Degree.

✦   Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a consultant or in large Salesforce implementation projects.

✦   Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Salesforce technologies across multiple clouds (Experience, Sales, B2B Commerce, Service).

✦   Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce developer and/or admin.

✦   Fluent English communication skills.

✦   Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred.

✦   Ability to work in multi-country, multi-org Salesforce environments.

✦   Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
