Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as a subject matter expert for Agentforce and Data Cloud within the Success Architect organization.

✦   Engage with strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.

✦   Identify capability gaps and design custom architectural solutions where needed.

✦   Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.

✦   Run engagement playbooks tailored to Agentforce and Data Cloud customers.

✦   Build relationships with internal and external partners and contribute to organizational growth.

✦   Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise consulting and implementation of enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP space.

✦   Experience in at least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementation lifecycles.

✦   Strong understanding of data integration architecture, data modeling, and data governance.

✦   Experience guiding customers through migration and optimization of Data Cloud and Agentforce.

✦   Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and ROI.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.

✦   Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar is preferred.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce multi-cloud environments and architecture domains.

✦   Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or Java is preferred.

✦   Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and security best practices.
