Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert within the Success Architect organization.

✦   Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.

✦   Identify capability gaps in standard products and design customized architectural solutions.

✦   Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.

✦   Run engagement playbooks tailored to Agentforce + Data Cloud customers.

✦   Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive customer success and organizational growth.

✦   Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

✦   Influence technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for strategic customers.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise consulting and implementation of enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP space.

✦   At least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementation lifecycle experiences.

✦   Strong experience in data integration architecture, data modeling, and data governance.

✦   Experience guiding customers through Data Cloud implementation, migration, and optimization.

✦   Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure preferred.

✦   Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, or similar preferred.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce architecture domains including integration, identity, and data architecture.

✦   Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, Java, or .NET preferred.

✦   Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and compliance best practices.
