Job Responsibilities:

✦   Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization.

✦   Engage with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.

✦   Identify and evaluate capability gaps or design customized architectural solutions.

✦   Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.

✦   Run playbooks aligned with Success Architect engagement catalog tailored to customer needs.

✦   Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

✦   Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

✦   Collaborate with teams to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP spaces.

✦   Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI.

✦   Strong understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.

✦   Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

✦   Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.

✦   Basic understanding of emerging data-related and AI technologies.

✦   Proactive and self-starting attitude with ability to manage tasks independently.

✦   Commitment to data ethics, privacy, and security best practices.

✦   Degree or equivalent experience required.

✦   Experience with large data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/BigQuery, Azure.

✦   Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment.

✦   Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce Architecture Domains such as Integration, Identity Management, Data Architecture, and Development.

✦   Programming knowledge in Python, Java, .NET, SQL.
