Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead RACT Support and technical team to complete RACT 2.1 release deliverables including user and functional requirements, architecture review, design and integration specifications, and technical documentation.
✦ Collaborate with technical PMs and developers during sprint cycles until code freeze.
✦ Manage Azure backlogs and provide technical guidance during testing and UAT cycles.
✦ Lead post-release hypercare by monitoring integration error logs.
✦ Handle emergency changes, deviations, and CAPA with root cause analysis and impact assessment.
✦ Work with Development, IT, and Boomi teams to apply code fixes.
✦ Conduct post-release system demos and user training.
✦ Review and update system documentation and release timelines.
✦ Serve as SME for workflows, reports, and integrations.
✦ Attend weekly system meetings and provide status updates.
✦ Ensure operational excellence using Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of experience in people management or team supervision in software development.
✦ 5+ years of technical support experience in Salesforce, SaaS architecture, CRM workflow configurations, SQL, and data integration.
✦ Experience in biotech/pharma/CRO domain is preferred.
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader, workflow configuration, object permission setup, and MS Office.
✦ Experience with Copado DevOps platform for deployment and release management.
✦ Strong documentation skills for functional, technical, and integration specifications.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Experience in Salesforce support, L2/L3 support, and integration troubleshooting.
✦ Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and DevOps processes.
✦ Ability to work in Azure backlog and Agile sprint environments.
