Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data-related problems.
✦ Manage incident, problem, and change requests as per SLA.
✦ Perform user management, access control, and profile/role configurations.
✦ Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and availability.
✦ Work on data uploads, data cleanup, and data validation.
✦ Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for enhancements and bug fixes.
✦ Maintain proper documentation, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Ensure adherence to support processes and best practices.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5–9 years of experience in Salesforce support/operations.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
✦ Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
✦ Knowledge of SOQL, workflows, process builder, and flows.
✦ Understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
✦ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
