Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide advanced production support and BAU operations in Salesforce environments.
✦ Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and compliance-related changes.
✦ Design and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations.
✦ Work on Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, API Gateway).
✦ Lead L1.5 and L2 teams, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
✦ Manage release cycles, deployments, and environment coordination.
✦ Collaborate with integration teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
✦ Handle incident management and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
✦ Perform root cause analysis and bug fixing.
✦ Monitor and track SLAs, incidents, and system performance.
✦ Maintain documentation and coordinate with L3 for complex issues.
✦ Provide first-level technical support and BAU operations.
✦ Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution using tools like JIRA.
✦ Support basic Salesforce configurations and issue triaging.
✦ Escalate issues to L2/L3 when required.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4–10 years of experience in Salesforce.
✦ Experience in Insurance domain including customer onboarding, underwriting, and claims processing (preferred).
✦ Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or other Industry Clouds.
✦ Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations.
✦ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integrations.
✦ Experience in incident management, SLA tracking, and Agile environments.
✦ Familiarity with tools like JIRA.
