Job Responsibilities:

✦   L1/L2 support for Salesforce issues.

✦   Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve multi-cloud incidents.

✦   Minimize escalations and fix recurring issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service + Marketing/Data Cloud).

✦   Strong troubleshooting and multi-cloud awareness.

✦   MuleSoft expertise (required for one role).

✦   Background in support/operations environments.
