Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems to support business requirements and processes.

✦   Work with business groups to understand processes and requirements.

✦   Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs.

✦   Define technical solutions to support business workflows.

✦   Create design and technical specification documentation.

✦   Drive resolution of issues during the development phase.

✦   Communicate project status to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

✦   7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing production environments.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce configuration including Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and optimization.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, or Gearset.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

✦   Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Additional Details:

✦   Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Experience in enterprise Salesforce environments or Center of Excellence (CoE) is preferred.

✦   Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or LWC for collaboration with developers is beneficial.

✦   Experience with API-based integrations and middleware is a plus.

✦   Exposure to modern productivity tools including GenAI for Salesforce administration efficiency.
