Job Responsibilities:
✦ Build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes.
✦ Work with groups to understand their business processes and requirements.
✦ Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs.
✦ Define technical solutions to support business work processes.
✦ Create design and technical specification documentation.
✦ Drive resolution of all issues that come up during development phase.
✦ Clearly communicate project status to key partners throughout entire development process.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience administering enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
✦ Proven 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing production environments, including day-to-day platform administration, user support, and system maintenance.
✦ Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and reports and dashboards.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce data security and sharing architecture, including organization-wide defaults, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience managing deployments across multiple environments using CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
✦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
