Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and mentor a squad of Salesforce engineers, set goals, grow skills, and foster a collaborative culture.

✦   Lead Scrum practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

✦   Track velocity and burndown, remove impediments, and coordinate with Product Owner to align work to outcomes.

✦   Own delivery across multiple workstreams including planning, prioritization, and ensuring high-quality releases.

✦   Translate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans, including hands-on development in Apex, LWC, and Flows where needed.

✦   Establish standards for code quality, reviews, testing, documentation, and enforce Salesforce best practices.

✦   Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver business-impacting features.

✦   Manage releases using CI/CD, branching strategies, automated testing, and maintain dev, QA, UAT, and production environments.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

✦   Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, data modeling, performance, and security.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.

✦   Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Fluent English communication skills.
