Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations with best-in-class frameworks and development standards.

✦   Drive 4–5 full-cycle Salesforce transformation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

✦   Build scalable, high-quality, customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using SOAP/REST and modern web technologies.

✦   Ensure optimal performance by understanding and applying Salesforce platform features, limitations, and governor limits.

✦   Contribute across the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

✦   Identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform enhancements.

✦   Collaborate in multi-vendor and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.

✦   Stay updated on new Salesforce capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Overall 9+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership roles.

✦   Experience implementing 4–5 Salesforce projects across different clouds.

✦   Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Additional capabilities in SFS, CPQ, OMS, and OmniStudio (preferred).

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and best practices.

✦   Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (SOAP/REST).

✦   Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

✦   Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments and lead high-performance teams.
