Job Responsibilities:
✦ Independently manage Salesforce projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
✦ Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
✦ Provide effort estimations, technical documentation, and solution design.
✦ Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and external stakeholders.
✦ Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
✦ Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
✦ Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
✦ Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and solution recommendations.
✦ Handle client escalations and drive resolution effectively.
Job Requirements:
✦ Strong expertise in building scalable Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic capabilities.
✦ Experience handling client interactions, requirement gathering, solution design, and project execution independently.
✦ Ability to lead a small team, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
✦ Good understanding of integrations, deployment processes, and Salesforce best practices.
✦ Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✦ PD 1 and PD 2 certification is a must.
