Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design quality, scalable, and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

✦   Perform health checks and org assessment of the platform and provide recommendations on design and best practices.

✦   Lead, manage, and hold accountable direct reports and project team members.

✦   Drive requirements gathering sessions with clients and discuss functional requirements with internal and client teams.

✦   Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client.

✦   Responsible for the overall technical architecture and corresponding deliverables through a project’s lifecycle.

✦   Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into user stories.

✦   Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy.

✦   Create technical design documentation including context diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process flow diagrams.

✦   Provide expertise and mentorship to developers in Apex, Java development, SFDX, and DevOps practices.

✦   Assist with pre-sales support and define optimal technical solutions.

✦   Lead the implementation of technical solutions and participate hands-on where necessary.

✦   Perform POCs to validate business requirements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and ecosystem.

✦   Experience with Apex, Java development, SFDX, and DevOps practices.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Expertise in designing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience in Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Classic to Lightning migration is a plus.

✦   Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
