Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support full Salesforce implementation lifecycle from prioritization to deployment.

✦   Work with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to define and deliver solutions.

✦   Lead discovery and definition workshops, scope creation, and development estimation.

✦   Design and document end-to-end Salesforce solutions using UML and best practices.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, engineering, and services.

✦   Lead and mentor development and QA teams.

✦   Ensure system meets business requirements and performance standards.

✦   Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies.

✦   Advocate and implement standard development methodologies.

✦   Develop proof of concepts and support complex coding tasks.

✦   Lead internal initiatives to grow consulting practice and knowledge base.

✦   Define system landscape and design CRM solutions based on client needs.

Job Requirements:

✦   12+ years experience in Salesforce-based technology solutions.

✦   5+ years experience in client-facing roles in system development or consulting.

✦   5+ years experience as Salesforce Architect.

✦   Experience in Salesforce CRM end-to-end implementation.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Force.com, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and API integrations.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex triggers, and web services.

✦   Experience with Lightning Aura Components and knowledge of LWC.

✦   Strong understanding of Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, and Salesforce configuration tools.

✦   Experience with enterprise integration and Service Oriented Architecture.

✦   Hands-on experience with CPQ, EPC, and OM solutions.

✦   Salesforce Architect Certification required.

✦   Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

✦   Ability to handle multiple projects and complex problem-solving.
