Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable and high-performance solutions on Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Conduct org health checks and provide design recommendations and best practices.

✦   Lead and manage technical teams and ensure accountability of project deliverables.

✦   Drive requirement gathering with client technical and functional teams.

✦   Evaluate solution options and recommend optimal approaches.

✦   Own end-to-end technical architecture across project lifecycle.

✦   Translate business requirements into clear technical user stories.

✦   Prepare and present solution approaches aligned with business objectives.

✦   Create technical design documentation including context diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process flows.

✦   Provide expertise and mentorship in Apex, Java, SFDX, and DevOps practices.

✦   Lead implementation of technical solutions ensuring quality standards.

✦   Perform POCs to validate business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with success metrics.

✦   Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, and resource planning.

✦   Deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and ecosystem.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Java, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SFDX.

✦   Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

✦   Strong understanding of system design and integration patterns.

✦   Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud.

✦   Experience in Classic to Lightning migration.
