Job Responsibilities:

✦   Extend and customize Leankor platform native Salesforce objects and visual interfaces such as Kanban, Gantt, and Lean boards using LWC and Apex.

✦   Build complex business logic to automate project lifecycles, resource management, and financial tracking.

✦   Implement AI-driven predictive analytics using Einstein AI to identify project risks and optimize resource allocation.

✦   Design and manage integrations between Leankor and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Field Service) and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Design scalable data models ensuring a single source of truth while maintaining performance and governor limits.

✦   Support CI/CD pipelines and modern application lifecycle management.

✦   Work on Salesforce configuration, automation flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC development.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with Leankor configuration and implementation.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation flows, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience with enterprise-scale data modeling and system architecture.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

✦   Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Agentforce or similar assistants.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.

✦   Strong problem-solving and technical architecture design skills.
