Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and own technical solution design for Agentforce-powered Salesforce implementations.

✦   Design complete Agentforce solutions including topics, instructions, actions, automation, and data structures.

✦   Explore Agentforce capabilities and develop innovative solutions.

✦   Collaborate with customers, project managers, architects, developers, and designers to translate business needs into solutions.

✦   Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from design to deployment.

✦   Stay updated with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in application and software development.

✦   4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

✦   Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.

✦   Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

✦   Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.

✦   Experience with source control and branching strategies.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles.

✦   Strong communication skills.

✦   Experience with Agentic AI systems or Generative AI is preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist are preferred.
