Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support the full implementation lifecycle from prioritization to deployment in a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ecosystem.

✦   Work closely with delivery managers, functional solution architects, and clients to design technology solutions.

✦   Lead discovery and definition workshops, define scope, and provide estimates.

✦   Design and deliver Salesforce-based CRM and workflow solutions using Apex, Force.com, Visualforce, and related technologies.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, engineering, and services teams.

✦   Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

✦   Lead and mentor development and QA teams.

✦   Create detailed design documentation using UML and best practices.

✦   Ensure system meets business expectations and performance requirements.

✦   Develop proofs of concept and support complex coding tasks.

✦   Lead internal initiatives to improve consulting practices and knowledge base.

✦   Define system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired states.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

✦   At least 2+ years in client-facing roles with increasing responsibility.

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce CRM end-to-end implementations.

✦   Experience in Financial Services domain is required.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce configurations.

✦   Experience in Salesforce integrations and SOA-based architecture.

✦   Proficiency in Apex APIs, triggers, workflows, approval processes, and AppExchange deployment.

✦   Strong programming knowledge in Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, and XML.

✦   Experience in system design, solution architecture, and enterprise CRM systems.

✦   Strong communication and leadership skills.

✦   Ability to handle multiple projects and mentor teams.
