Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations, including Health Cloud and other related Salesforce products.

✦   Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices and compliance standards.

✦   Define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization strategies.

✦   Lead a team of developers delivering optimized multi-cloud solutions integrating Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

✦   Lead functional and technical workshops, and oversee design, testing, and deployment.

✦   Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping architectural vision and establishing program roadmaps.

✦   Guide customers, partners, and teams in implementing digital transformation using Salesforce Industries.

✦   Build complex business processes using Salesforce Industries technologies and integration tools.

✦   Research and implement AppExchange applications and Salesforce upgrades.

✦   Develop custom enterprise applications and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

✦   Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect solutions.

✦   Identify and manage risks proactively, ensuring successful resolution.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

✦   3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in systems development and consulting.

✦   Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.

✦   Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR.

✦   Expertise in healthcare domains such as providers, payers, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and public health.

✦   Experience in integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, sharing and visibility, and data architecture.

✦   Strong knowledge of architectural design patterns and Apex design patterns.

✦   Experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio and Health Cloud certifications preferred.
