Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations including Health Cloud and related products.

✦   Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with compliance standards such as HIPAA and GxP.

✦   Define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization strategies.

✦   Lead teams of developers across multi-cloud implementations ensuring seamless integration between Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Lead functional and technical workshops and oversee design, delivery, testing, and deployment.

✦   Act as a trusted advisor to clients and drive architectural vision and roadmap.

✦   Guide customers and partners on implementing Salesforce platform solutions.

✦   Build sophisticated business processes using Salesforce Industries tools and integrations.

✦   Create custom enterprise applications and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

✦   Collaborate with delivery managers, solution architects, and clients to design solutions.

✦   Identify and mitigate risks in solution design and implementation.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

✦   3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in systems development and consulting.

✦   Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.

✦   Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR.

✦   Expertise in integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, sharing and visibility, and data architecture.

✦   Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud.

✦   Salesforce certifications including Admin, Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.

✦   Experience in healthcare domain is preferred.

✦   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
