Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment.

✦   Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with industry standards.

✦   Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences and Health Cloud solutions.

✦   Define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization.

✦   Lead a team of developers and ensure seamless multi-cloud integration.

✦   Conduct functional and technical workshops and lead solution delivery.

✦   Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and drive architectural vision and roadmap.

✦   Guide customers and partners in implementing digital transformation using Salesforce Industries.

✦   Build enterprise applications and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

✦   Identify and mitigate risks proactively and ensure successful delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

✦   3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in systems development and consulting.

✦   Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.

✦   Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR.

✦   Expertise in healthcare domains such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or public health.

✦   Strong knowledge of integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, and data architecture.

✦   Experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning, LWC, and modern web technologies.

✦   Experience with architectural design patterns and Apex design patterns.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect) preferred.

✦   OmniStudio and Health Cloud certification preferred.

✦   Any graduate or postgraduate.
