Job Responsibilities:
✦ Work closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions and ensure proper system usage.
✦ Lead project discovery and definition workshops, including scope definition, estimates, and requirement documentation.
✦ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, engineering, services) to enhance Salesforce product value.
✦ Design technical solutions aligned with industry best practices and client business requirements.
✦ Lead and mentor development and QA teams across projects.
✦ Handle application design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects across the full SDLC.
✦ Create UML diagrams, design documentation, and end-to-end solution designs from inception to production support.
✦ Ensure systems meet business expectations, testing standards, and performance requirements.
✦ Develop CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE technologies.
✦ Promote standard development methodologies and build POCs for complex solutions.
✦ Drive internal initiatives to improve consulting practice knowledge and capabilities.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of experience in technology solution development.
✦ At least 2+ years in client-facing roles with increasing responsibility in system development or consulting.
✦ Experience handling multiple projects and coaching architects.
✦ Strong domain experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
✦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✦ Strong expertise in service-oriented architecture and system integration.
✦ End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
✦ Experience with Salesforce integration tools and cross-system integrations.
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce, Force.com, Apex, HTML, Java, JavaScript, XML, and CRM development.
✦ Strong experience with Apex classes, triggers, APIs, and Salesforce configuration/customization.
✦ Experience with Lightning Aura Components and knowledge of LWC.
✦ Hands-on experience with Visualforce, workflows, approval processes, and AppExchange deployment.
✦ Ability to define system landscape and deliver CRM solutions.
✦ Experience leading teams in solving complex technical problems.
✦ Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
✦ Willingness to travel to client sites (30–50%).
✦ Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
