Job Responsibilities:

✦   Turn program design of Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that meets customer needs.

✦   Build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology in Agile scrum teams.

✦   Work across all phases of the project lifecycle from design and development to deployment and post-production support.

✦   Acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries applications.

✦   Mentor customer and system integrator resources and accelerate knowledge transfer.

✦   Act as a champion in the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of experience working on deployment teams using Agile development techniques.

✦   Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.

✦   Experience in building solutions in the financial services industry.

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

✦   Knowledge of Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML).

✦   Understanding of data modeling and process modeling tools.

✦   Knowledge of OmniStudio (preferred).

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder certification (preferred).

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
