Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.

✦   Define data models, integration patterns, security models, and system architecture.

✦   Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.

✦   Oversee development teams, conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices.

✦   Design and govern Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware: MuleSoft/Workato/Boomi/etc.).

✦   Optimize performance, scalability, and data management strategies.

✦   Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.

✦   Support release management, CI/CD processes, and environment strategy.

✦   Work with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect or Lead Technical role.

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integrations.

✦   Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional cloud (CPQ/Revenue Cloud preferred).

✦   Expertise in data architecture, sharing/security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.

✦   Experience designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

✦   Ability to lead design sessions, mentor developers, and enforce technical standards.

✦   Strong communication and documentation skills.

✦   Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.

✦   Salesforce certifications (preferred): CTA, Application/System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Data Architect.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
