Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

✦   Design, develop, and test Salesforce applications, including custom components and integrations.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

✦   Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.

✦   Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Force.com objects and field types.

✦   Experience with Apex programming language and its application in Salesforce development.

✦   Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and their role in building custom user interfaces.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

✦   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✦   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
