Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of secure and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical design documents and user stories.

✦   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

✦   Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.

✦   Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PSS functionality and custom development.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   OmniStudio knowledge would be good to have.

✦   Proven experience in a senior developer role.

✦   Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).

✦   Strong understanding of declarative tools, platform security, and data modeling.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II are highly preferred.

✦   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
