Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models and ensuring best practices.

✦   Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams.

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures and produce technical documentation.

✦   Design and implement complex applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative features.

✦   Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.

✦   Enforce code quality standards, optimize performance and scalability, and conduct code reviews.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

✦   10+ years of experience building complex Salesforce solutions.

✦   5+ years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead in finance, grant management, or public sector settings.

✦   Expert knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Foundations platform.

✦   Proven ability to architect and deliver cross-platform integrations with financial systems, middleware, and analytics suites.

✦   Specialist-level experience in security, identity management, data architecture, and compliance.

✦   Strong client-facing and communication skills.

✦   Ability to travel 20-50%.

✦   Preferred: Experience with end-to-end grant management solutions.

Additional Details:

✦   Compensation range: $120,000 to $190,000.

✦   Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
