Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.

✦   Develop and implement solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Design, develop, and manage Experience Cloud (Community/Portal) implementations.

✦   Customize and build customer/partner portals using Experience Builder.

✦   Implement Visualforce pages where needed.

✦   Define and manage sharing rules, roles, and security models.

✦   Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and governance.

✦   Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

✦   Mentor and guide development teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong hands-on experience in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Framework, Apex development, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Extensive experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud / Portals).

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules).

✦   Experience with REST & SOAP integrations and Visualforce.

✦   Strong knowledge of portal authentication, external users, and sharing sets.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CMS, Experience Builder customization & branding, SSO, OAuth, and identity management is good to have.

✦   DevOps experience (Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset) is preferred.

✦   Integration experience with third-party systems (MuleSoft or similar middleware) is preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

✦   6–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect are preferred.

✦   Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Agile/Scrum development experience.
