Job Responsibilities:

✦   Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity implementations for global Automotive clients — owning solution design, technical governance, and delivery outcomes from requirements through hypercare, not just your workstream.

✦   Build enterprise-grade solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures alongside Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL — you will be expected to be as comfortable reviewing your team’s code as writing your own.

✦   Drive digital transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Industries platforms — translating complex automotive business processes like dealer management, warranty workflows, vehicle configuration, and after-sales operations into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead, mentor, and grow a development team in an Agile environment — owning sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release governance while managing competing priorities across international time zones.

✦   Serve as the primary technical interface for global CXO and senior business stakeholders — managing expectations, presenting solution designs, and earning trust through delivery, not promises.

Job Requirements:

✦   You bring 8–12 years of Salesforce development experience with a minimum of 3 years hands-on in OmniStudio/Vlocity.

✦   You have completed at least one project in the Automotive or Automobile industry.

✦   You have led development teams and managed international client relationships.

✦   You hold at least one relevant Salesforce certification — OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Industries credentials.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity tools, Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Industries platforms.
