Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.

✦   Develop solutions using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Design and manage Experience Cloud implementations and portals.

✦   Customize portals using Experience Builder.

✦   Implement Visualforce pages where required.

✦   Define and manage security models including sharing rules and roles.

✦   Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Ensure code quality through reviews and governance.

✦   Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

✦   Mentor and guide development teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, Apex, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Extensive experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud/Portals).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

✦   Experience with Visualforce.

✦   Knowledge of portal authentication, external users, and sharing sets.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD preferred.

✦   Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, and identity management preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong leadership and communication skills.
