Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage enterprise-level Salesforce projects using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.

✦   Handle end-to-end execution of Salesforce implementation and delivery.

✦   Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to deliver complex projects.

✦   Plan and manage Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.

✦   Work with Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint delivery alignment.

✦   Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platforms for tracking and reporting.

✦   Manage multiple projects simultaneously with focus on deadlines and quality.

✦   Ensure stakeholder communication and alignment across teams.

✦   Oversee Salesforce ecosystem-related project activities and delivery governance.

Job Requirements:

✦   10–12+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.

✦   Strong experience in enterprise-level Salesforce project execution.

✦   Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.

✦   Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

✦   Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and architecture.

✦   Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

✦   Certification in SAFe, CSM, or other Agile frameworks preferred.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Must be willing to work from office at least 3 days per week.

Additional Details:

✦   Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO in Bengaluru – Mahadevpura).

✦   Experience requirement varies between 10+ and 12+ years; higher threshold (12+ years) considered.

✦   Strong preference for candidates experienced in SAFe PI planning and enterprise Salesforce programs.

✦   Immediate or early joiners preferred (serving notice period candidates also considered).
