Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and configure automation processes such as Flows, Approval Process, Workflows, and Process Builder.

✦   Understand business use cases and requirements to document technical solutions.

✦   Collaborate with Business Analysts to document enhancement and defect requests.

✦   Create technical design deliverables such as specifications, wireframes, prototypes, user stories, test cases, and scripts.

✦   Conduct QA testing and validation within defined scope.

✦   Provide effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks for proposed solutions.

✦   Maintain process documentation and identify risks and testing requirements.

✦   Follow Enhancement and Defect Governance processes.

✦   Assist with backlog grooming and prioritization.

✦   Act as escalation point for advanced issue resolution.

✦   Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders and IT leadership.

✦   Advocate adoption of customer applications and identify improvements.

✦   Stay updated with new system releases and features.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Systems analyst experience required.

✦   Working knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Working knowledge of SFDC and SAP integration preferred.

✦   5+ years in an Applications Development environment.

✦   Bachelor’s degree preferred.

✦   Experience with Agile Scrum framework.

✦   Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365, and MS Word.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as ADM 201, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
