Job Responsibilities:
✦ Enhance, configure, and administer Salesforce and integrated platforms such as Azure and Box.
✦ Support Microsoft-based workflows, automation, and collaboration solutions including Power Apps and SharePoint.
✦ Respond to daily user requests, issues, and assignments related to Salesforce, SharePoint, Power Apps, and other applications.
✦ Administer user setup, security, and configuration across Salesforce and Microsoft tools including permissions, roles, profiles, and access controls.
✦ Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solution designs.
✦ Serve as liaison with application vendors including Salesforce and Microsoft for configuration, upgrades, outages, and troubleshooting.
✦ Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
✦ Support application integrations across Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Nintex, Box, and other platforms.
✦ Design, test, and implement enhancements and perform regression testing for Salesforce and integrated systems.
✦ Configure Salesforce features including flows, fields, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
✦ 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or support experience.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required.
✦ Additional Salesforce or Microsoft certifications preferred.
✦ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
✦ Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
✦ Understanding of Salesforce configuration, integrations, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
✦ Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.
✦ Experience with API integrations and ETL processes.
✦ Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
✦ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams.

Additional Details:
