Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements.
✦ Translate business objectives into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
✦ Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization.
✦ Document end-to-end workflows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
✦ Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities in Agile delivery environments.
✦ Configure and support Salesforce solutions within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
✦ Collaborate with administrators, developers, architects, and QA teams to implement platform enhancements.
✦ Support case management, knowledge management, customer portals, workflows, queues, and omni-channel processes.
✦ Assist in defining security models, user roles, profiles, and permission requirements.
✦ Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
✦ Map and improve operational workflows using Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Builder, approval processes, assignment rules, and escalation rules.
✦ Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
✦ Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
✦ Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, risks, and communications.
✦ Partner with product owners to define roadmaps and feature priorities.
✦ Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning sessions.
✦ Provide status updates and executive reporting.
✦ Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and training materials.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
✦ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technology Analyst, or Salesforce Analyst.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals).
✦ Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
✦ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
✦ Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and use cases.
✦ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
