Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

✦   Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG/JUnit, and Apex test classes.

✦   Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.

✦   Validate Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, flows, and integrations.

✦   Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and resolve defects.

✦   Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

✦   Maintain test data and environments for consistent and repeatable test execution.

✦   Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

✦   Evaluate and ensure quality of deliverables within project timelines.

✦   Ensure effective communication with global stakeholders.

✦   Coordinate between client and internal offshore teams and manage client queries.

✦   Perform quality checks and adhere to SLA/TAT requirements.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-7 years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security model.

✦   Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.

✦   Experience testing Salesforce Lightning Experience and LWC components.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration testing.

✦   Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent communication and documentation skills.
