Job Responsibilities:

✦   Execute comprehensive testing of Salesforce Sales CPQ/CLM Cloud applications to ensure quality and performance.

✦   Design and implement automated test scripts using RestAssured for API and microservices validation.

✦   Develop and maintain detailed test reports and dashboards to track testing progress and outcomes.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

✦   Analyze test results and identify defects, ensuring timely resolution.

✦   Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.

✦   Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and best practices.

✦   Lead testing efforts for Salesforce Sales CPQ/CLM Cloud projects.

✦   Create, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and scripts.

✦   Utilize RestAssured framework for API and microservices testing.

✦   Generate and present test reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

✦   Mentor junior testers and provide guidance.

✦   Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners.

✦   Identify process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   5 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud testing.

✦   Experience with API and microservices testing using RestAssured.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integration including REST, SOAP, and streaming APIs.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C.

✦   Experience in test reporting and dashboard creation.

✦   Strong knowledge of automation testing and QA processes.
